Required Qualifications

10+ years of management experience leading large, diverse teams (50+ resources). Proven ability to manage team leads and mentor junior-level project resources. Strong understanding of PMI methodology and high-level ITIL Foundation practices. Demonstrated success in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones. Experienced in firefighting and problem-solving in high-pressure environments. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including executive-level communication. Proficiency in resource planning, schedule management, and cross-functional collaboration.
