Multi-Site Facilities Manager

Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Facilities Manager to join our account team in France. You will be responsible for managing facilities operations across 10 sites totaling approximately 20,000 m², encompassing both office and industrial premises spread throughout France.

This role requires 3-4 days per week on-site presence across the portfolio with regular travel between locations, offering 1-2 days optional working from home for administrative tasks and planning activities.

As the on-site key point of contact, you'll work directly with site managers to ensure exceptional service delivery while managing a diverse portfolio that requires strategic multitasking and regular travel between locations. Reporting to the Regional FM, you'll play a crucial role in strengthening compliance, health & safety standards, and driving cost optimization across the portfolio.

Multi-Site Portfolio Management

Overall responsibility for 10 Xerox sites across France (mixed office and industrial facilities)Regular travel between sites to ensure consistent service delivery and relationship managementAdapt management approach to varying site sizes and operational requirementsManage portfolio changes and size variations as business needs evolve

Team Leadership & Development

Direct management of one Facilities CoordinatorOversight of reception staff and vendor teams across multiple locationsDevelop and sustain a high-quality, motivated team capable of multi-site supportBuild and maintain an environment that supports teamwork and performance excellence

Client/Stakeholder Management

Primary liaison with site managers across all 10 locationsProactively engage with stakeholders to exceed client expectationsManage multiple simultaneous requests from different sites effectivelyNavigate union interactions and French workplace representative requirementsEnsure seamless communication across distributed portfolio

Enhanced Compliance & Health & Safety Focus

Strengthen compliance frameworks across all sitesEnsure adherence to French regulatory requirements and statutory obligationsImplement and maintain robust health & safety programsDrive continuous improvement in safety standards and risk managementManage site-specific statutory and PPM schedules across the portfolio

Vendor & Contract Management

Coordinate multiple vendor services across sites: janitorial, reception services and engineering.Conduct regular vendor review meetings focusing on KPIs and service delivery consistencyEnsure vendors meet varying requirements across portfolio

Financial Management & Cost Optimization

Manage site budgets and ensure financial operations meet targetsIdentify opportunities for economies of scale across multiple locationsImplement cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality

Technical & Operations Management

Manage M&E deliverables across diverse facility typesOversee maintenance operations for both office and industrial environmentsMaintain Corrigo system accuracy for all sites

Essential Experience & Skills

Language Requirements: Fluent French and English (both essential for day-to-day operations and stakeholder management)Strong organizational and methodical approach - critical for multi-site portfolio managementProven facilities management experience, ideally across multiple sitesStrong multitasking abilities with experience managing simultaneous requestsExcellent stakeholder management skills with site managers and diverse teamsExperience with vendor management across different service categoriesBudget management and cost optimization experienceStrong PC literacy and proven ability to manage operations using various systemsKnowledge of critical facilities and basic technical aspects (HVAC, chillers, fire protection, M&E, BMS)Comfortable with regular travel across France
