We welcome applicants from all industries - hospitality, logistics, agriculture, retail, mining, health - you name it. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll teach you the rest!

Why You’ll Love This Role

The pay is good! From $32.62 - $37.91/hour and that’s just your base! We pay overtime rates and super on top! (Penalties (overtime rates) are: 1.5 X rate after 8hrs and 2 x rate after 10.Full-time, Monday to Friday (5am–3/5pm) + paid overtime + Saturday morningsNo two days are the same – you will be helping cover both Innisfail and Tully concrete plants.We will get you your tickets!Learn concrete batching, plant operations, scheduling & logisticsCareer growth in a booming industry

What You’ll Be Doing

Safely batch concrete for agitator trucksOperate front-end loader (no ticket? We’ll help!)Use computer systems to manage ordersKeep the yard tidy and organisedChat with customers and place ordersOccasionally drive HR trucks (we’ll help you get licensed!)
