Why You’ll Love This Role
The pay is good! From $32.62 - $37.91/hour and that’s just your base! We pay overtime rates and super on top! (Penalties (overtime rates) are: 1.5 X rate after 8hrs and 2 x rate after 10.Full-time, Monday to Friday (5am–3/5pm) + paid overtime + Saturday morningsNo two days are the same – you will be helping cover both Innisfail and Tully concrete plants.We will get you your tickets!Learn concrete batching, plant operations, scheduling & logisticsCareer growth in a booming industryWhat You’ll Be Doing
Safely batch concrete for agitator trucksOperate front-end loader (no ticket? We’ll help!)Use computer systems to manage ordersKeep the yard tidy and organisedChat with customers and place ordersOccasionally drive HR trucks (we’ll help you get licensed!)What We’re Looking For
