The Multi-Purpose Clerk (II) supports the Meat Department by ordering, processing, slicing, wrapping, rotating, and stocking various products, including fresh, chilled, and frozen meat, poultry, and fish. Although meat cutting may be required at times, it is not the primary responsibility. This task will primarily be performed when the designated meat cutter is unavailable, such as on their days off, during vacations, or while on leave. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, sanitizing machinery, and ensuring that the department is tidy and well-stocked.
