As a Multi Occupation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading office operations and administration services at the Bristol site. You will report to the Boeing International Enterprise Services Business Support Manager – UK and Ireland.
This role is a part time position for Thursday and Fridays, 7.5 hours per day. There may be a requirement to cover additional days for team leave but this would be discussed on a needs basis.
Primary responsibilities:
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Manage and operate the Front of House requirements for our visitors and employeesManage meeting rooms, offices and high profile events, ensuring a high standard of hospitality for all site residents and visitors attending or hosting meetings and maintaining the upkeep of the meeting areasEnsure proper application and implementation of policies and best practices related to workplace health and safety and business continuityEnsure general upkeep of the office and equipmentWork closely with the United Kingdom & Ireland Boeing International Enterprise Services team, including – Administrative Assistants, Front of House and Business Support teams in other UK offices, including providing remote and/or on-site backup supportCoordinate events for internal and external visitorsBuild positive customer relationships, ensuring quality service is provided, by aligning to the Boeing ValuesComplete visitor screening process to support security requirements for the siteDeliver the Health and Safety Induction to Contractors and Visitors as requiredConduct & record office safety walksKeep up to date the emergency contact information for the site and test the emergency scenariosOffice Consumable procurement and managementAssistance with travel plans & expensesVarious administrative needs of the building (post, ensuring bills get scanned and sent to finance or IT etc.)Procurement administration and resolving invoice queriesYou will work closely with internal and external customers and partner with the various Functions and Service Groups/providers. Accuracy, accountability and confidentiality are key together with professionalism, customer service, flexibility and competence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Work Authorization:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
