Crave a technically challenging positio that is also rewarding? This position is for a NASC Operations shift lead at the National ALIS Support Center, Tier 2 Service Desk. You will be responsible helping maintain fielded, operational ALIS/ODIN Nodes across the F-35 enterprise to include the security and integrity of our systems that keep our jets flying. It takes more than steel, advanced electronics and engine thrust to make the F-35 Lightning II, the world's fifth generation fighter, take flight. It is the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators the ability to plan, to maintain, to plan and sustain its systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALIS provides the IT backbone and capabilities to support current and future Warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services.

Special Requirements:
This position is at the F35 National ALIS Support Center supporting ALIS/ODIN. The successful candidate will serve as a Multi-Function Info Analyst supporting US/Partner/FMS customers in multiple regions and time zones by providing problem resolution to Tier 1 Administrators sites in all facets of the F-35 ALIS and MPE systems. This position and the NASC in general also provide daily support for and management of the US and QT OCKs as well as the OBK for the USRL.

As critical members of the NASC Team, all ALIS administrators must be able to:
• Obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access
• Work various shift hours to include weekends to support customer mission requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Prioritizes and works customer cases in coordination with the shift team to ensure Tier 1 customer issues are responded to quickly and driven to resolution
• Ensures complete documentation of troubleshooting steps and solutions within the Service Flo case tracking system
• Ensures proper hand off occurs between outgoing and incoming shift personnel to avoid lapses in open cases
• Ensures cases are escalated to the appropriate Tier 3 team when appropriate
• Completes weekly follow up on all open cases
Basic Qualifications:
Due to the skill level/knowledge required and of the duties of this position, only the pool of current experienced candidates will be considered for Tier 2 Support staff. As well, only candidates with at least a current Secret security clearance with investigation within the last 5 years and current Program Access will be considered.

Basic Qualifications:
o At least 5 years minimum of ALIS and MPE experience required
o Deep technical knowledge of ALIS to include the current architecture of the baseline hardware, messaging flow between applications and inter-nodal messaging
o Demonstrated ALIS and MPE problem solving skills and results
o Ability to work within a team structure to jointly resolve issues
o Ability to independently work assigned projects and produce a result that improves F-35 field operations
o Interview selectees will have flexible training plans reviewed for competency prior to interview
o Interview selectees will have flexible training plans reviewed for competency prior to interview
o Fluency in at least one of the following: PowerShell, SQL, Python
o Knowledge of Portable Maintenance Aid configuration and troubleshooting to include CIU and PSM.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with IPSEC/VPN definitions and construction
• Experience with Splunk Security Log Aggregation and Dashboard construction
• Experience with McAfee/Trellix products – able to check versions and apply updates
• Prior experience with Service Flo is very helpful
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
