Job Title: Multi-Craft Journeyman
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $38.94 – $40.19 per hour (Hourly)
Work Schedule:

First 6 months: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday After 6 months: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)What’s the Job? Install, assemble, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and dismantle mechanical systems and machinery using technical diagrams and tools. Apply preventative and predictive maintenance techniques to resolve equipment issues. Collaborate with engineers, designers, operations teams, and external partners to improve system performance. Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining a clean work environment and using appropriate PPE. Document maintenance activities to meet industry and company standards.What’s Needed? 4-year apprenticeship (Millwright or Pipefitter) and industrial journeyman’s card (Required) Dual trade (Millwright & Pipefitter) journeyman’s card preferred 5+ years of experience as a certified Millwright or Pipefitter Willingness to pursue continued education or on-the-job training to become dual trade certified Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical diagrams and specificationsWhat’s in it for me?
