Job Description A large financial enterprise in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Multi-Cloud Security Engineer to join their Cloud Security space on the Strategy and Cloud Governance Team. As this team incorporates GCP more into their environment (although it already exists), you will be responsible for Service Certification. This environment will include looking at AWS and GCP’s service offerings to understand which best practices will work for this group. It is important that you understand how security works, how (security) resources are deployed and configured from a SCP standpoint within GCP/AWS, and understanding the different domains. Although you may not be the one configuring it yourself, it is important that you understand the process, understand IAM or similar policies, and the shared responsibility model. You will work alongside other Cloud Engineers and Cloud Architects. Skills and Requirements -4+ years of hands on experience with Google Cloud or AWS -Understanding of cloud offerings and how public cloud works -Understanding and having exposure into the architecture elements of GCP/AWS -Understanding of security concepts and domains (network security, application security, infrastructure security, etc) -Deep understanding of the Shared Responsibility model within Public Cloud
