This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' Curriculum Specialists are support, entry level, individual contributors that ensure the development and growth of new missionaries through curriculum development and educational advancement, in language curriculum. Specialists support the organization and coordination of department operations, procedures, and resources to support curriculum pilots and projects and facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Typically, work is spread out amongst a team.
