Develop Should Cost for new & modified product line by applying the appropriate cost method.Evaluate engineering changes to establish cost saving for the change and identify the cost drivers for variable.Provide purchasing with support during supplier negotiations through analysis of supplier’s price breakdown detail and “should cost” analysis.Periodic Supplier visits to maintain & improve internal know-how of manufacturing processes & best practices.Identify potential cost optimization opportunities and support company technical cost reduction activities.Cooperate with networking cost comparison analysis by working with other regions.Develop the cost structure for standardization plans.
