About the Role:
The Bitdefender EMEA MSP and Cloud Junior Field and Channel Marketing Manager (Junior FCM) level position will be part of the Marketing and Communications group to help accelerate the growth of its Business Solutions Group unit (BSG). As a member of the Bitdefender marketing department, the Junior FCM for MSP will help the MSP Field and Channel marketing manager(s) to plan and execute marketing campaigns and programs that will help to accomplish short and long-term goals and strategies including lead generation, increased sales through new MSPs and expanded business through existing MSPs, profits, and market share. The Junior FCM is responsible for ensuring the operational part of the regional marketing plan for Bitdefender products and services through our partners (distributors, RMMs and MSPs). The Junior FCM will be involved in the day-to-day operations and marketing activities implementation and will have visibility into the processes behind the marketing programs, from design to implementation and results association, so that they can develop their marketing knowledge through hands-on experience in the field.
Main Responsibilities:
Tthe Junior FCM main responsibility is to assist and support the Field and Channel Marketing manager(s) on an administrative and marketing standpoint.
- He/She ensures the operational side of the implementation of marketing activities and programs in the regions under his/her responsibility;
- He/She utilizes the marketing platforms used for the correct implementation of marketing processes;
- He/She assists and helps manage project management and coordinates with internal teams for the implementation of agreed marketing initiatives and delivers the materials within the agreed timeframe.
Collaborative relationships (intra-company, horizontal and vertical)
- Coordination: he/she coordinates with the Field and Channel Marketing Manager(s)
- Collaboration: he/she collaborates with the Marketing operations team, Product Marketing Management team, the Sales teams, with the Finance team to analyze the financial situation of partners and suppliers in contractual relationships with Bitdefender and with the Legal team, to ensure the legality of the contracts created and relative to our Marketing activities.
Main tasks (not exhaustive):
Participate in all discussions about marketing activities planning together with the sales team, the channel partners and the Field and Channel Marketing Manager(s) MDF requests management, contract creation & management and invoices management Budget management and actuals updates Giveaways, goodies and other materials creation and management Leads collection and upload in Sales Force CRM management% Analysis and reporting
SPECIFIC TYPES OF KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing or an analytical field;
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel and Field marketing/B2B Marketing;
· Experience in the IT software industry is mandatory, IT security is a plus;
· Multi-task and manage immediate, short-term and long-term projects simultaneously;
· Organize and schedule work effectively even under urgent timelines;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
· Fluency in English;
· Very good knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
