MSME - Key Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

Execute new initiatives that could be transformational in our sales journey that would amplify smart energy management business across all platformsResponsible for identifying potential & developing market and driving sales growth \: Grow more & grow DEEP – saturating similar industriesCreate coherent plan to ensure new ideas & experience translate to positive reach with our customers – creating a stellar post sales installation & Service mechanismBuild new growth engine that includes complete cycle of lead management, sales conversion, installation & service in IndiaDrive end-to-end Target specific programs & drive KPI of amplifying SalesUnderstand related technologies, platforms, payment structures & Influencer Marketing to create a holistic planSucceed in building recurring revenue modelsConversant with digital dashboards – leads, sales, usage, productivity & other channel metrics & use them appropriately for growth

Requirements

MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related fieldWork experience in Automation sales is not mandatory but good to haveRelevant experience leading and executing ideas, delivery oriented actions & working with many stakeholdersExperience in identifying target audiences and devising transformations that engage, inform and lead to conversionRelevant experience in end-to-end supply chain
