Your role at Baxter

Building relationships with experts and clients in each field, supporting education events, and coordinating publication plans for marketing strategies.

What you'll be doing

Conduct medical approval processes for international clinical research protocols and implement independent clinical studies sponsored by Baxter's global educational support.

Contribute to the Regional/Global Medis ical Affairs group, ensuring the exchange and optimization of knowledge.

Aid in reviewing and approving medical information in promotional materials and current literature to highlight our products and markets.

Advocate for the implementation of technical and scientific training within business sectors.

Conduct field activities and identify and effectively communicate new opportunities/threats that impact the product portfolio.

Align with the company's existing standards, procedures, and corporate policies.

Bring the Medical Society's insights and issues to Baxter to help build the best strategy for patient satisfaction.

Deliver scientific training for sales at the annual convention and as required.

Collect the scientific literature needs of healthcare professionals and provide information as needed, triggering new interactions for discussion.

Provide scientific education to healthcare professionals.

Serve as the primary contact for KOLs and/or HCPs regarding invitations to conferences, events, and educational programs.

Provide "mini-meetings" with field teams and multidisciplinary healthcare audiences.

Provide scientific outreach centered on clinical characteristics and benefits for the private and public markets.

What you'll bring

Degree or equivalent experience in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Nutrition.

A postgraduate degree in Business or Administration or equivalent experience is desirable.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in English preferred.

Willingness to travel.
