About this opportunity
We are now looking for a IT Managed Services Onboarding Coordinator with telecom managed services background and project management skills. Will be acting as point of contact for new applications and systems onboarding to the IT managed service scope which includes tracking and follow up with technical leads and SMEs to ensure onboarding checklist is being followed.
What you will do
The main responsibilities of Onboarding Coordinator would be :
•    Identify the operations SPOCs and work closely with them on all onboarding related activities
•    Participate in the design discussion and highlight gaps/issues
•    Ensure smooth transition of new Solutions/ expansions/ Applications to production environment
•    Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory, statutory and governance requirements
•    Ensure standards of services / SLA’s are aligned with business objectives
•    Documents the risks and snags for onboarding completion and coordinate with for timely closure of remediation plans
•    Support in tracking of audits, the audit follow-up schedule, and centrally storing audit reports
You will bring
•    Education: Graduate in Telecommunications / Computer Science OR similar
•    Experience 2+ Years of Experience in IT / Telecom Operations
•    Excellent verbal and written English skills along with Project tracking and status reporting.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills
•    Self motivated for learning and innovation
•    Able to balance the task planning along with hands-on work to ensure completing the assigned tasks as per schedule
