You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.

Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checksContribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesExecute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvementContribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

About the Role

Join our dynamic MSC Finance team and play an important role in driving cost efficiencies, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. As an MSC Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support, ensuring data integrity, and simplifying and automating financial reporting. The role involves working with supply chain operations, COE, and HQ teams.

Key Responsibilities

Governance and reporting of conversion projects in the VOLT system.Reporting of RM PM write-off and waste.Oversee HO reporting, Tableau/Optimus updates, and monthly Supply Chain Finance ScorecardsBOM analysis and running simulation for reformulation and other productivity projects.Execute ad hoc analyses/projects as requested by MSC LeadershipDrive synergies and harmonize reporting processes across sites.Leverage data analytics and digital tools to improve financial planning and reporting.Strengthen internal controls and support governance implementation.

What we are looking for

Qualified Degree in Finance/Accountancy. CA/CMA certification preferred.5 to & years of experience in finance & accounting in an ERP environment (SAP) out of which 3+ years in Manufacturing or supply chain finance preferably in FMCGDetail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
