Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

You will play a key role in strengthening our Global IS team, supporting Microsoft Teams service. Reporting directly to Service Owner, you will be part of a team responsible for applying broad IS technology knowledge on MS Teams and expertise to support global business needs and help solve challenging topics.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Executing IS activities within all IS process domains, especially within “build and run” to support global business needs.Identifying, proposing and supporting Microsoft Teams service. Working as 2nd level of support for Incidents and Requests within scope of Microsoft Teams “Communication” services including chats, meetings, Webinars and Town Halls.Shaping and supporting our Microsoft Teams Rooms offering, as 3rd level of support being in direct contact with local IS and device owners, helping in their planning and installation of MTR devices by assuring appropriate configuration of service pre-requisites.Implement, Execute and support with configurations and integrations of different platforms into MS Teams making as a single collaboration entity.Sharing expert knowledge with stakeholder users on their queries and providing workarounds in case of tool limitations of MS TeamsFull ownership of given tasks and Incident / Request fulfillment with minimum supervision as agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Added advantage with hands on experience on tools like Mural, Slido and Appspace (DigitalSignage).



Qualifications for the role

A bachelor’s degree in information technology.More than 3 years of experience in IT service operation working as IS Specialist with Microsoft Office365 service.Hands on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms setup.Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office365, Teams, Active Directory, Windows server and PowerShell.Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL certification is a plus)Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands on time, in cross-functional, virtual and international teams.A collaborative, solutions- and customer-service-oriented approach and strong communication skills.Fluency in spoken and written English.
