**Job Purpose**
+ Have wide-ranging experience in supporting M365 & Azure environment.
+ Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts
+ Identify problems and errors prior to or when it occurs and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail
+ Assist in analysing, assigning and escalating support calls for M365 related tickets
+ Report and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary.
+ Investigate third line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems
+ Implement Changes/Releases M365 portal when is required.
+ On-call and out-of-hours support will be required at times e.g. For Severity One/Two Incidents and Change implementations.
+ Perform other functions as directed by MS Management
+ Be the single point of contact (SPOC) to the Microsoft in-country support team and the affiliated Microsoft partner community
+ Provide continuous feedback to clients and affected parties and update all systems and/or portals as prescribed by NTT
+ Participates in project-specific technical teams.
+ Develops, monitors client relationships and status of ongoing engagements and projects.
+ Proactively involve in providing change and patch management advice to client so as to achieve maximum system availability.
+ Provide L2 M365 remote technical support to the business users.
**Experience and Skill Requirements:**
+ Solid 2 - 3 years of work experience in supporting M365 & Azure cloud related projects
+ Solid experience in managing & supporting client M365 E5 services including security & threat protection.
+ Solid experience of Managed Services
+ Excellent working knowledge of ITIL processes
+ Excellent experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties
+ Up to date and relevant ITIL certification MCSA, O365, MS Exchange, Azure, or any other Microsoft Certification
**Working Hours**
+ Normal office hours.
+ The role will operate as part of a 24-hour on call escalation rotation.
