We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics CRM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and developing solutions based on MS Dynamics CRM, with a strong focus on sales, customer service, and portals. This role requires a deep understanding of designing, customizing, and integrating MS Dynamics / Power Platform solutions with legacy, on-premises, and cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and develop solutions based on MS Dynamics CRM (minimum 5 years of experience) in sales, customer service, and portals.
• Design solutions based on MS Dynamics / Power Platform.
• Customize MS Dynamics / Power Platform to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate MS Dynamics / Power Platform with legacy/on-premises/cloud systems.
• Create functional and technical specification documentation for projects, including customization specifications, data migration, and system integration.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience as a team leader.
• Implementation of solutions based on MS Azure.
• Industry experience in telecommunications, insurance, and banking.
• Proficiency in sales, customer service, and portals.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
