We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant specializing in Finance and Operations to join our MS Dynamics team in Taunton. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Finance, Operations, and Trade Logistics processes to understand As-Is and define To-Be states. Identify solutions using standard functionality to minimize custom development. Evaluate the capabilities and limitations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), including new updates from Microsoft's continuous release plans. Deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices. Leverage deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O Trade and Logistics modules. Develop customized solutions for complex business challenges. Create high-quality documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

 

Experience Required:

Minimum of 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O. Expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Logistics, Manufacturing, Integration, and Security. Proven consultancy experience with strong client-facing skills. Solid understanding of business processes and best practices. Relevant Microsoft Certifications preferred. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline. MBA in Operations (preferred).
