As an MRS Lead Specialist in our Human Nutrition & Care (HNC) business, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and supporting innovation across the EMEA region

 

Your key responsibilities  

Ensure seamless execution of daily operational processes, including order management and on-time delivery (OTD)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new productsDrive operational efficiency and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and market competitivenessIdentify and implement process improvements and innovative tools to optimize workflowsProvide operational feasibility feedback during product development and ensure alignment with quality and efficiency standards

You Bring  

A Master’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in R&D and/or supply chain operationsProject management and workflow optimization skillsHands-on experience with SAP, especially in supply chain and production planningAnalytical capabilities to interpret operational data and drive improvementsA solid grasp of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory, and delivery processesA mindset focused on strategic thinking, customer satisfaction, collaboration, and agility
