**Job Description:**
**Manager MRP Planning for IMSC Beerse**
The MRP Planning manager needs to ensure the execution of the materials requirements planning process and is responsible to drive the site supplier reliability metric, inventory cost, Slow Moving and Obsolete inventory, On-time release and Stock-outs related to raw materials and packaging components. You will be leading a team of 4-6 people to ensure all related processes are performed within the scope of the Beerse plant aligned with the plant service and inventory targets.
The function comes with great challenges given the dynamic supplier ecosystem, allowing you to serve as a role model for Credo based decision making and putting the patient and customer first! You have a strong ability to influence internal and external partners, look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels and build consensus.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ You drive material requirements for the site including business supply needs, new production volume and other plant project work, including NPI’s.
+ You ensure manufacturing plans can be met while balancing investment/risk, meeting inventory goals and considering plant warehouse capacity.
+ You manage Slow Moving & Obsolete inventory (SLOB).
+ You provide clear leadership for MRP team. Develop, coach and guide the team of MRP planners in the execution and realization of departmental and company goals, optimizing group efficiency and business impact.
+ You lead teams to handle short term site constraints, partner across functions to mitigate impact.
+ You champion the reliability improvement by reviewing and developing any corrective actions stemming from performance metrics. Proactively identify constraints or potential issues and develop options for resolution.
+ You partner with Procurement and Supplier Quality to drive Supplier performance improvement!
+ You partner with MAKE and QUALITY to define and implement improvement projects to drive E2E optimization.
+ You are a change agent driving and implementing system and process optimalizations and the related organizational change
+ You support/own the Short Term Exception Management (STEM) process, the site Supply Review Meetings (SRM) and the S&OP process in relation to raw materials
+ GMP responsibilities: actively deploy the company’s compliance strategy within the MRP planning group.
**About the candidate**
**Education:**
+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required (or equivalent through experience). Advanced degree is preferred.
**Experience and Skills:**
+ 7+ years of strong experience in Supply Chain management and/or supplier management, preferably with the health care industry. Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
+ Knowledge and in-depth experience of SAP/OMP+ is required.
+ Shown intuition for business in the area of Supply Chain and financials.
+ Ability to build strong collaborative teams and relationships.
+ Ability to embed a culture of process improvement and value creation.
+ Demonstrates strong decision-making ability in multiple scenario environment.
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Location of Role: Beerse, Belgium
+ Language Requirements: English and preferable Dutch
+ Travel percentage: up to 10%
+ APICS and Green Belt certification is preferred
