**Job Description**

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced **MRO Specialist for High-bay Warehouse** to support the development and standardization of training programs across our high-tech warehouse operations. **Core Responsibilities**
+ Provide support (stock/quotes) in response to requests for maintenance, repair, operations.
+ Purchasing duties to support maintenance departments, include Maintenance Workshop and Maintenance Storage Room.
+ Analyze, maintain, and execute Materials Requirement Plan.
+ Continuously monitor and verify materials pipeline to ensure it meets the MRP requirements.
+ Ensure materials availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule through MRP execution, on-time delivery, and coordination of materials movement through receiving to production.
+ Advise responsible personnel of any problems, delays that could affect production operations or machine’s maintenance activities.
+ Stocking, control inventory of tools and parts to support equipment maintenance and repairs.
+ Track and provide supporting data to Manager and related stakeholder for decision-making.
+ Determine most cost-effective and efficient methods for ordering (e.g. bundle orders, re-order point, lead time)
+ Expedite orders when necessary, effectively manage expedites to eliminate emergency surcharges.
+ Create and maintain MRO processes within and across departments to provide a reliable storage room of critical spare parts.
+ Review engineering notifications and technical drawings covering areas of responsibilities.
+ Set up master data and all necessary parameter in system for new MRO parts.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
The MRO Specialist is responsible for every aspect of inventory management as it relates to MRO related items, maintenance parts, maintenance workshop supplies and equipment. This includes inventory management, procuring, stocking of maintenance parts and supplies.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ At least 02 years’ experience in manufacturing with MRO/ maintenance parts management.
+ Experience and understanding of the importance in maintaining an accurate parts inventory level and accuracy in a Maintenance Management Program.
+ ERP Systems – Proven experience in ordering, planning & inventory management.
+ Must be highly proficient with MS Office (word, excel)
+ Interpersonal skills: great communication, collaboration, teamwork, proactive and service attitude, personal and professional ethics.
+ Able to Travel as assignment from manager (including overseas trips)
+ Able to read and understand basic technical datasheet, manual instruction document in English.
