The Job:  
As a MRO & Reliability Engineer, you’ll be part of our Verona, MS team working as an Onsite employee. The MRO & Reliability Engineer oversees, manages, and controls the overall planning work process for predictive, preventive, routine, and scheduled activities. Oversees storeroom, bill of material, and spare parts storage, and responsible for maintaining and reporting best practice KPI’s while following administrative procedures to ensure that the work is performed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. You’ll get to:   

Accountable for the overall site execution and performance of maintenance Work Execution Management (WEM), Reliability Centered Lubrication (RCL), and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) programs.Coordinate maintenance shutdown outages or major maintenance activities with site stakeholders Provides effective leadership and direction to maintenance Planners, Material Planners, & Lubrication Champion and supports continuity in other absence.Accountable for all aspects of planning development and execution from the site’s weekly scheduled work planMonitor and forecast progress of maintenance activities (contractors and in-house) highlight problems and recommend remedial actionAssist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for all production equipment, utilities, and safety control processes that is necessary for the operation of the plantProvides technical support for daily maintenance activity and for personnel within the CMMS.Conducts meetings & effectively administers conflict resolutionPromotes safe and compliant work culture.Maintains facility storeroom 5S standards, proper storage of parts, identification of critical spares, insurance spare, max min levels and reorder points. Support development of BOM’s and ensures location and part numbers are accurate in the CMMS.Supports reliability engineering best practices to include bad actor analysis and continuous improvement

Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering or maintenance discipline; or 10 years of prior industrial maintenance leadership experience in lieu of education or a combination of both.Proficient in CMMS experience (X5 preferred), MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.Thorough technical knowledge in the field of industrial maintenance, including relevant regulations, standards, and codes.Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to explain and interpret information, ideas, or make recommendations daily. Strong leadership and decision-making skills to provide effective direction and resolutionCapable of establishing positive working relationships and works well with individuals within and outside the workgroupStrong administrative skills to utilize CMMS system, typing, MS Word and ExcelSelf-starter and have a high degree of personal motivation, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, strong team player and an ability to work effectively in a high-pressure fast paced environment.May be asked to participate in continuous improvement activities and perform basic mathematicsThe physical demands of this job require frequent standing, walking, sitting, speaking, and hearing.  Must be able to visually interpret documents and drawings.Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, able to climb ladders.
