In this you will be responsible for leading sourcing and negotiation activities of all MRO Integrator suppliers into a reduced number of preferred suppliers; also implements optimization ideas, improves commercial conditions, and contributes to competitiveness. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Develop and maintain category strategy (direction, goals, supplier strategy, execution plans) + Negotiate contracts + Manage supplier relationship + Execute initiatives to ensure continuous improvements + Manage key stakeholders + Communicate strategies and prioritize daily + Contact with wide range of external suppliers **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Electrical, Mechanical & Process Engineering, or International Relations + 8 years experience with negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management + 2 years experience with procurement of MRO Integrators, Catalogs and Cutting Tools Work conditions: Full-time, 40 hours per wee Danfoss is an EO employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
