Per Diem - Minimum two shifts per month Pay is based on years of experience **Responsibilities** + Corroborate patient's clinical history with procedure, assuring information is documented and available for the licensed practitioners' use + Prepare patient for procedure providing instruction and education + Select and operate magnetic resonance system and related equipment + Maintain a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics + Recognize essential conditions for successful completion of procedure + Provide appropriate patient care + Other responsibilities as needed. **Qualifications** + The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability to perform the essential functions: + Minimum of graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology + Must unrestricted NYS licensure and ARRT certification + Must have ARRT MRI certification or be willing to complete MRI certification within 1 year of hire or transfer date + Current with continuing education requirements to maintain ARRT certification + Additional education in sectional human anatomy a plus + Experience in medical imaging + Excellent communication and customer service skills **Other information:** + Ability to travel to other OrthoNY locations.
