MRB (Material Review Board) COORDINATOR Job Purpose Manages and tracks non-conforming materials within the incoming inspection and manufacturing environment, ensuring timely disposition and compliance with industry standards. Responsible for coordinating with various teams to resolve material issues, document defects, track rework or scrap decisions, and provide status updates.  Nature of Duties: Maintains accurate inventory control of non-conforming materials, including inventory transfers and cycle counts.  Faclitates communication between teams like quality, engineering, and production to ensure timely resolution and disposition. Holds daily Material Review Board meetings, coordinating the disposition of non-conforming materials, including return to stock, rework, scrap, and return to vendor. Preparing daily reports to provide visibility on MRB status and movement, and analyzing MRB traveler information.  Inputs required data into spreadsheets and other databases. Accurately documenting defects, processing non-conforming material documentation, and maintaining accurate records of MRB decisions and actions.  RTV Shipping Debit Memo for returning of materials and daily move ticket Items (non-conforming materials from Production Floor) Create and revise applicable SOPs Training associates on the processing of non-conforming materials and supporting containment activities within the facility.  Education and Experience: Relevant experience in Inspection, with a focus on electronic assembly inspection. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in using essential inspection tools, such as micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and optical inspection equipment. Working knowledge or certification in IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and comparable workmanship standards. Expertise in applying inspection techniques with various tools and equipment to assess material compliance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a technical environment, follow instructions diligently, and prioritize tasks based on departmental needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Oracle and Agile databases is preferred Knowledge of MRB required Able to coordinate daily MRB meetings and work as a team Knowledge of NCMR's (Non-Conforming Materials Records ) Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets a must Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity
