MR Product Sales Specialist
Job Description SummaryCustomer facing staff responsible for winning business Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. GE HealthCare is recruiting a salesperson for MR equipment to be placed in Norway.
The person will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for the Magnetic Resonance (MR) modality in Norway as part of the Nordic & Netherlands GE HealthCare Imaging team. Act as the clinical/technical expert in MR imaging internally and externally with customers to establish and continuously develop the relationship with healthcare professionals.

As the sales expert for MR imaging you will differentiate GE’s offerings, create value propositions, lead the opportunity, qualify the customer needs, develop & present solutions proposals/quotations & respond to customers’ clinical/technical/process questions to successfully win sales opportunities.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Product & Market Expertise

Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of GE HealthCare products and services. Able to present and discuss the technology & clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers 

Maintain up to date market & competitor knowledge

Continuously update their understanding of customers changing clinical needs

Financial Performance

Accountable to achieve budgets for assigned territory

Opportunity management

Identify new opportunities and work with sales leaders & account teams to continuously increase prospect funnel

Drive tender process including answering to customer’s needs, create quotation and closure of their sales opportunities with focus to maximize customer satisfaction

One GE Healthcare teamwork

Collaborate with colleagues in the Norway account team, Nordic & Netherlands MR team and other resources within the company

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics, MR radiographer) or Life Sciences field

Experience in MR imaging

Previous experience in the Healthcare Sector

Great abilities to interface with customers as part of solutions-based sales approach

Excellent communication/presentation skills in Norwegian as well as English

Able to travel, mostly in Norway, but also outside the country

Valid motor vehicle license
