Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Operations Management & Planning
Own all metrics related to restaurant partner operations with a continuous improvement focus Oversee restaurant operations, including restaurant device performance Manage daily restaurant trade exceptions Analyze performance, translate them into actionable insights and act on those insights where required Coordinate operational stakeholder support, including data and insights Lead the team dedicated to restaurant operationsRestaurant Device Management
Responsible for the management of the partner device team Oversee the maintenance and operations of restaurant devices Ensure that Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics to ensure performance are met Oversee the support of restaurants from the restaurant support & the restaurant device team Ensure continuous improvement SOPs related to the partner device teamCollaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
Closely collaborate with the sales account management and key account management teams to tackle restaurant partner related operational queries Closely collaborate with the restaurant support team to improve partner support operations Collaborate with with restaurant onboarding team to improve processes related to restaurant onboarding Work closely with the product team to improve the product offering available to restaurant partnersRelationship Management
Foster an operational relationship with key national partners with the purpose of improving operational efficiency Spend a considerable amount of time at key independent restaurants to gather insights for operational & promotional improvementsContinuous Improvement
Own the improvement of all restaurant related operational & hygiene metrics (online ratio, acceptance ratio, restaurant delays, etc.)Team Leadership
Hire staff within budget and timelines. Lead, motivate, and manage a team dedicated to operational excellence. Provide training, set performance goals, and foster a positive and productive work environment.Attributes

A relevant university degree. Postgraduate degree would be advantageous A minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years managing a team Operations experience in a restaurant environment Operations experience in an e-commerce environment is advantageous Proven leadership experience Proficiency in Advanced Excel Experience in roles that require a strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a proven ability to improve customer-facing operations Knowledge of SQL or Python is advantageous
