Prior experience in an international company is preferred. + **Professional Skills** : Familiar with process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management). Proficient in using data analysis software for process optimization. + **Language Proficiency** : Fluent in English/Chinese with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling seamless communication with international teams in a professional context. + **Project Experience** : Candidates with experience in international projects are preferred. Ability to adapt to diverse cultural work environments and strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills. + **Comprehensive Qualities** : Strong problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
