**Job Description**
**Core responsibility**
+ Analyze cross-departmental processes to identify optimization opportunities.
+ Design & implement innovative process improvements (new workflows, standardization for consistency/quality).
+ Create daily project/production documentation.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate benefits, address concerns, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
+ Monitor performance data for continuous improvement.
+ Support company/department initiatives.
+ Execute other assigned tasks
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ **Educational Background** : Preference for candidates majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, or related fields.
+ **Work Experience** : Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement. Prior experience in an international company is preferred.
+ **Professional Skills** : Familiar with process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management). Proficient in using data analysis software for process optimization.
+ **Language Proficiency** : Fluent in English/Chinese with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling seamless communication with international teams in a professional context.
+ **Project Experience** : Candidates with experience in international projects are preferred. Ability to adapt to diverse cultural work environments and strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
+ **Comprehensive Qualities** : Strong problem-solving, and coordination abilities. Demonstrated teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, strong execution, and the capacity to work under pressure. **Creative Thinking** : Capable of generating innovative ideas and solutions to complex process improvement challenges, and adept at thinking outside the box to drive continuous optimization.
+ **Influence** : Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders. Able to effectively communicate and promote process improvement initiatives, and inspire teams to embrace change and achieve common goals.
