Singapore Cluster Manager to responsible for delivering successful relocation and churn (below 25K) projects within the SG Cluster region.In this strategic role, the SG Cluster Manager will work closely with business unit leaders, project and facilities teams to execute successful moves that align with organizational goals, support operational needs, and foster a productive and collaborative work environment.

About the role:
Project Management:
Lead, coordinate, and manage all move and churn projects within SG cluster, ensuring alignment with company goals and business unit requirements.Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating all aspects of move logistics, space assignments, furniture layout, and equipment relocation.Review project progress and scope with clients and on-site teams to ensure all agreed milestones are achieved.BU Move Management:
Liase with various BU Champions to establish move requirements and guide them throughout move preparations.Create presentation decks, newsletters, intranet sites, signage & videos, lead Townhalls & Champion sessions and conduct trainings to ensure successful moves with zero downtime.Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a liaison between Facilities, IT, Project Team, and business unit leaders to understand workspace needs, plan for future requirements, and coordinate all aspects of move logistics and space allocation.Vendor Management:
Oversee relationships with external/internal vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure all third-party service providers meet quality standards and comply with company policies.Coordinate RFQ, PO, invoice processing for vendors.Change Management:
Support the change management efforts in Asia associated with moves and space changes, working to ensure minimal disruption and effective communication with impacted employees.Research & Strategic Planning:
Conduct space, storage, furniture or other facility audits where necessary.Develop and implement move and churn strategies together with SG Cluster Lead that supports current and future business growth, aligning with company objectives and ensuring optimal use of space.Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that all moves and workspace changes comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all moves, updates to floor plans, and churn data. Regularly report project status, occupancy metrics, and key outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.About you:
5+ years of experience in workplace project management, move coordination, or facilities operations.Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.Experience with change management and strategic space planning.Proficiency in MS Office and space planning tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CAFM systems) is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
