Effective presentation skills are vital in this role, as well as the ability to ensure standards and goals are met in a given timeframe. Therefore, planning and problem-solving skills are both essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will also act with our students in mind, and establish and maintain effective relationships with students to gain their trust and respect.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Education: High school diploma or GEDExperience: 5 years of practical work experience in the Motorcycle MSF Certifications, experience in Harley Davidson, Ducati, Woods, Cycle gear, BRC, BRC 2, ART, Indian, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Triumph, BMW, Ducati, Suzuki, KTM Honda, any experience working with Motorcycles and rebuilding motorcycles from the ground up. Certifications: In house Brand certs. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with students and fellow staffPatience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace
