Job Description

The main purpose of the Mortician role is to provide professional embalming and mortuary services, ensuring the respectful preparation and care of deceased individuals for burial or cremation.

Assist in home and hospital removals.Mortuary record keeping.Washing, dressing and embalming of deceased for burial or cremation.Cleaning of the mortuary and showroomAssisting in tent pitchingAssisting with burials where assigned.Any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications and Attributes

The person must possess the following:

An MSCE1 year experience.Embalming Certificate will be an added advantage.Excellent people skills.Excellent organizational skills.Physically strong and dexterous.
