The Mortgage Systems and Implentation Manager at Mercantile Bank is a pivotal role that spearheads the execution and management of the mortgage team's strategic blueprint. This position ensures seamless alignment between operational processes and the mortgage technology ecosystem, focusing on the planning and execution of technology initiatives. You will lead system maintenance, enhancements, and ensure optimized performance and scalability while safeguarding data integrity through rigorous monitoring of access and security protocols.\n

This role also involves representing the organization at industry conferences to build strategic relationships with peers and vendors. You will conduct thorough reviews of investor, regulatory, and agency guidance to assess system impacts and manage various projects, including vendor onboarding and account management. The Mortgage Systems and Implentation Manager will also oversee the work of Mortgage Systems Specialists, participate actively in committees, and continuously seek out valuable vendors and processes to enhance efficiency throughout the mortgage process.\n

Requirements: \n\n5-8 years job related experience\nMortgage system administration experience\nunderstanding of mortgage lifecycle\nBachelor's degree in business related field\nfamiliarity with mortgage LOS systems\nPOS systems and pricing engines. Preferably encompass.\n\n
