We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Mortgage RelationManager.

Principal responsibilities

Provide support in the promotion of the Bank’s secured loan business including mortgage loans and secured overdraft products through the Bank’s direct banking business channels, including e-channel and phone banking channelAssist in providing mortgage fulfilment service to branchesParticipate in the selling and promoting of mortgage and secured loans products, as well as cross-selling other financial products and services to our customers through the Bank’s distribution channels

University degree in Business Administration / Finance or a related disciplineMinimum of two years’ retail banking experienceStrong sales and service orientation, with outgoing personality and good communication skillsProficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantageHigh level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer)
