Mortgage Product Solutions Manager

The Mortgage Product Solutions Manager will be responsible for driving development of product solutions. This role is focused on creating mortgage capabilities that support customer outcomes and product performance. This role will work across the mortgage team and with functional partners including Compliance, Technology and Fulfillment to deliver compliant mortgage solutions.

As our Mortgage Product Solutions Manager you will:

Partner with mortgage stakeholders to define and deliver programs which result in high quality product performance and business resultsEnsure mortgage products are aligned to business performance goals, strategic plan, competitive landscape and sales effectiveness, while serving customer needs; understanding the key impacts for performance and suggesting improvementsUnderstand, map, and optimize our internal process as aligned to strategic goals, driving efficient performanceMonitor market trends including competitor offerings and technology solutionsDefine and track key performance indicators for relevant products and programsEnsure solutions meet regulatory standards (HMDA, RESPA, etc.)

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $81,000.00 and $121,400.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
