GENERAL FUNCTION:
Processes the transfer of real estate secured loans between entities. Works as part of a team of 8-10 exempt FTE that work across all lines of business to ensure transparency before, during and after the transfers. Possible processing includes loan purchases, loan sales, service releases, reconciling of loan documents, reconciling of loans serviced by others. Possible escalation issues to management includes loan purchase and sale customer disputes, legal action, charge-offs, repurchase requests and investor dissatisfaction. Needs to have an understanding of the industry and regulatory environment. Helps identify and define systems and business line needs and requirements. Serves as a liaison between entities, document requirements and resolve any issues during the transfer of loans to Fifth Third. Needs to have a basic understanding of the industry and regulatory environment to anticipate changes in order to maintain compliance and customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
involved in the planning, testing and implementation of loan transfers.Assists with the research and resolution of system and customer issues regarding the transfer of the loan.proactively manages the relationships with other entities in which Fifth Third Conducts loan purchases or sales.Participates in project work, including analysis, requirements definition and testing.Assists in Monitoring system and operational Controls, identifying areas of risk and suggesting possible improvements.Partners with line of business managers & business process & Controls departments in creating and maintaining procedures and checklists for transfers that Comply with all Regulatory changes.work closely with all Lines of business to ensure loans are boarded and released within Investor guidelines and activity is accurately reported.Works with Secondary Marketing and investors to ensure proper Set-up, sales, and release of loans to new customer on a timely basis.Review and respond to all audit requests, internal, external and investor.reconcile loans serviced by others (LSBO) on a monthly basis.responsible for the completion of pre-boarding and/or post-boarding implementation Review of all loan purchases and sales.Assists team members to ensure project completion.Prepare information for management defining and evaluating problems and ultimately recommending solutions.responsible for ensuring that all documentation is received in a timely manner for all transfers.Ability to accurately Complete the pre-boarding and post boarding quality assurance testing.Ability to prioritize and determine complexity of problems and Requests.Ability to Analyze data accurately, including data mapping for basic loan information and escrow.Other duties as required.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
