Toll Brothers seeks a Mortgage Encompass Developer to provide ongoing support for the Loan Origination System used by Toll Brothers Mortgage, a fully-owned subsidiary.
What is the opportunity?
Be a key member of the Mortgage IT team through:Designing and developing new applications and solutions for increasing process efficiency andParticipating in the development of the IT roadmap and identifying strategic initiatives, pulling from experience and a constant research of industry best practices and technologies.Mentor junior developers to grow their skillsets, including oversight of all solutionWhat are the primary responsibilities?
Collaborate directly with the Business to elicit, understand, and document business requirements.Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable technical solutions that align with business requirements. Solutions may include: custom web app development, automation and integrations using APIs, and reporting/analytics.Create and present proof of concepts and demos for proposed solutionsAct as a project manager to collaborate and effectively communicate with business stakeholders, training, and IT teams to establish project timelines, document functionality, execute UAT, and relay changes to scope.Provide 3rd-tier production supportRemain current with latest technology and industry changes / topicsAll other duties as assignedThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
