On-site | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We’re seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to become the voice of our Consumer Direct Lending team—guiding customers smoothly through their loan journey and ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after licensed loan officer interaction
+ Answer high-volume inbound and outbound calls and texts
+ Perform data entry and assist with validation tasks
+ Collaborate with internal teams for faster issue resolution
+ Deliver exceptional customer support with a positive attitude
✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
+ 1+ year of recent experience in a Mortgage Contact Center (2023–2025)
+ Comfort handling high call volumes
+ Both inbound and outbound call experience
+ Strong communication and people skills
+ Excellent attention to detail and a service-driven mindset
+ Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
+ Stable job history with minimal gaps; proximity to office (max 20 mins), with dependable transportation and childcare
You’re a Great Fit If You:
+ Have intermediate experience level in customer service
+ Are comfortable in a call center environment
+ Are passionate about delivering quality support
+ Are committed to being in the office full-time
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
