Job Type/Status: Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with funding source, contract and or program's Annex A
Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure
Provide competent, direct clinical services with children, adolescents, adults and families through a variety of modalities such as individual, group, and family therapy in office or in community
Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment appropriate to psychiatric recommendations and members presenting concerns regardless of race, gender, culture, or ethnicity
Utilize interventions based on systemic, behavioral and cognitive modalities of treatment
Collaboratively develop individual and family service plans and goals which are behaviorally specific with the family
Provide care management services by coordinating services to meet the needs of the individual/family
Participates in regular clinical supervision in accordance with the guidelines of his/her professional organization; take responsibility with maintaining professional license; obtain advanced license, participate in staff professional development trainings and workshops as mandated/required
Provide crisis intervention as needed in-session as well as on a rotation for on-call crisis line.
Attend and participate in clinical supervision and team as well as any required meetings as deemed necessary.
Provide crisis intervention as needed
Develop a transition plan with individuals/families to assist with termination and ensure linkage to ongoing support
Willingness to utilize clinical supervision to promote independent decision-making and enhance system collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
Complete all necessary paperwork in a thorough, timely and professional manner
Maintain weekly/monthly/annual productivity target
Education and Experience:
Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, criminal justice, special education) and a minimum of one year of experience working with children and families.
Licensure as a Social Worker or possess an equivalent license from an accredited board.
Experience with crisis intervention.
Experience with clinical diagnosis preferred.
Must be energetic, creative, and able to work as part of a community resource team, and be culturally competent and responsive.
Must be able work evenings as needed.
Excellent writing skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft office suite).
Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred.
