**MOONLIGHT AGENT**
You own the night. As **Moonlight Agent** , you’re the face of the W experience after dark. Whether it’s checking in a jet-lagged traveler, assisting a VIP returning from a night out, or making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, you’re the calm, confident presence our guests trust.
This is more than a night receptionist role—it’s about **delivering Whatever/Whenever** , anticipating guest needs, and making each overnight stay feel just as energized and seamless as the day.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
Welcome late-night arrivals and ensure smooth, stylish check-ins and check-outs.
Monitor the lobby and public areas, providing assistance and a warm W presence at all hours.
Support overnight guest requests—room service coordination, wake-up calls, special needs.
Handle night audit procedures, billing accuracy, and prepare for morning operations.
Act as the eyes and ears of the hotel during quiet hours, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Security, Housekeeping, and Engineering to resolve any overnight challenges.

Comfortable working independently, making confident decisions in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Tech-savvy and organized, with an eye for detail.
Friendly, discreet, and able to handle sensitive situations with care.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Service is preferred.
Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with Opera or other hotel management systems is an advantage.
Fluent in English; Czech or other languages are a plus.
