ResponsibilitiesAssist in processing the Monthly Parker Lockbox on a daily basis, research items as neededAssist in the reconciliation of the Monthly Parker AccountsProvide online payment support to the field and customersProvide assistance to field contacts and customers on Monthly Parker TopicsAssist with the NSF and collection programsAssist the department as needed on research items
Qualifications
A minimum of four years of experience in the Accounting field preferredPrior accounts receivable experience preferredMust be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have an ability to compose basic written business communicationsShould possess the ability to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasksAbility to multitaskAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work closely with a team Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel and Word10-key experienceProficiency in the IBM AS400 preferred
