Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Injection Mold Process Technician

Location: Scott County Indiana

Pay Range: $22 -$26 per hour

Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift

What's the Job?

Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently, while meeting or exceeding performance standards, guided by the bill of materials (BOM). Proactively investigate and correct any deviations to maintain optimal production levels. Manage setups for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Implement or actively participate in continuous improvement activities and corrective actions to enhance production processes and product quality.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED. Understanding of mold setting and troubleshooting the injection molding process. Forklift experience.  Ability to communicate effectively with personnel inside and outside the company. Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Experience with Milacron Molders is a plus.
