What You’ll Be Doing:Operate overhead cranes to change out molds in high-tonnage injection molding machines.Fit molds with precision, connecting hoses and fittings to ensure flawless operation.Partner with the maintenance team to perform minor mold repairs and upkeep.Own the daily setup process, ensuring quality and safety are never compromised.Keep the Setup department running like a well-oiled machine.What You Bring to the Table:Solid experience in mechanical setup, mold or die setting, or machine maintenance.Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.Familiarity with CNC, hydraulics, lathes, and mechanical troubleshooting.Skilled in using calipers, mills, and other precision tools.Bonus if you’ve worked as a maintenance mechanic, automotive tech, or in stamping die setup.Why You’ll Want to Stay:This company doesn’t just hire—you’re handpicked to grow.Promotions are earned, not given. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
