This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionTool service planning for planned and unplanned maintenance Connector with high production demand.Tool service coordinator for tooling repair, problem solving and 8D advance process.Tool service coordinator for problem solving and knowhow transfer with lead Plant.Tool planning for in-house tool assembly and fitting process with release tools in year.Support productivity improvement project e.g. service time reduction, skill up technician competency.Support tooling spare part quality improvement and stock optimization.Support molding tools increase of tool availibility (TA) project e.g. system CIP.

Qualifications

Education Background:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or Related field Tool and die or Plastic molding and related field.

Qualifications:

Basic English (spoken and listen)Experience minimum 5 year for service & cleaning tooling, knowledge injection molding.Solve tooling trouble, knowledge tooling drawing, 2D & 3D.Professional experience in Tool&Die Molding tools and service and cleaning process.Molding injection repair and service.Know-how 2D and 3D dimension drawing.Basic Problem-solving skill.Basic Plastic injection process.
