Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Set up and operate direct form molding machines
Conduct inspections to ensure parts meet all quality specifications
Perform required measurements and maintain detailed documentation
Navigate PLC operator interface (touchscreen) for machine controls
Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures
Actively participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment (5S)
Work effectively in a self-directed team setting
Communicate issues or improvements clearly and promptly
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM
