Job Summary: Detailing drawings in CAD, Creating BOM, updating library standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Capable of independently designing plastic / silicon injection molds.
Projects are 100% done by designer , concept, 3D model, 2D details, BOM.
Focus on unique multi cavity molds.
Communicate and support manufacturing.
Maintain ISO conformity in the production department.
Participate regularly in R&D technical development meetings.
Adherence to all GMP, clean room, and ISO procedures

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Knowledge of GD&T and ANSI drawing standards.
Software knowledge: Solid-works preferred.
Analyzing, prioritizing and problem-solving skills
Strong command and ability to communicate in industry technical terms
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to read, interpret and analyze drawings
Credentials and experience:
Mechanical Engineering diploma or equivalent experience.
Mechanical and technical aptitude.
Strong mathematical aptitude and hands on design.
Detail oriented and ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong CAD skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Minimum 5 years recent design experience is a must !
