MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
To drive MT channel activation program through distributor with the leadership to ensure short and long term sales strategies are applied by the team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and assist the consumer and distributor’s sales team in achieving their sales targets.
Co-ordinate between Consumer Marketing and Distributor’s sales team about the development of sales objectives, trade channel strategies and promotion programs and ensure their execution,
Achieve net IND sales, individual product sales target.
Prepare annual account plan and wet sampling plan.
Analyze the opportunities regarding to channel development, event trade marketing and trade exhibition, promotion effectiveness vs. competition.
Actively seek, identify and analyze market trend, business opportunities and improvement ideas for sales potential.
Provide support and develop PC team through field coaching, training programs, sales meetings, regular 1 x 1 communication with PC supervisors, and appropriate reward and recognition.
Ensure all business activities comply with the WHO code, Thai code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in related field or appropriate tertiary qualification.
Minimum 7 years strong sales track record - preference Modern Trade channel, category management.
Strong Supervisory and interpersonal skills.
Computer Literate and English Proficiency
