Modern Trade ACES Strategy Program LeadPerformance Management: Sales and Target Setting, input KPI Tracking and sales incentive schemesLead weekly and monthly governance meetings with Modern Trade Leadership Team.Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that drive growth and profitability in Modern Trade.Assortment and Space – Point person for Consultation, Consolidation and Cascade of plans from OTD and CMUCampaigns – Tracking of Modern Trade Promo ExecutionEfficient Servicing – Operational Excellence: lead programs with cross functional partners to drive efficiency in process both business today and tomorrow.Strategic Partnership – Investment Oversight: Manage Modern Trade investments, ensuring appropriateness and ROI.Strategic Partnerships & AR Management: Partner with finance to standardize Modern Trade contracts and discount structures. Ensure optimum profitability through effective AR (Accounts Receivable) management.Regional Business Operations & Agency Management
Oversee Regional Business Operations Group and Agency Management Performance through Scorecard, Sales and KPI AchievementField Execution & Compliance: Manage RBO processes, and govern Hyperpeak readiness and escalations. Ensure compliance with contracts, discounts, and servicing standards.Agency Management : End to End Agency management on Manpower deployment and hitting agency KPIs (Availability of Manpower, Compliance to Perfect Execution, Efficient Reporting, Safety)Key Skills/Competencies:
