We pride ourselves on collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to quality, fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our customer's mission success. **NOTE: We are reviewing resumes, but not immediately hiring, this position is for a future need.** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** + Support the design, planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of joint simulation solutions focused on Joint Live Virtual and Constructive (JLVC) capabilities during USINDOPACOM JEP events, activities, and other assigned projects + Serve as a critical Exercise Control Group (ECG) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Expert and Architecture Manager, capturing operational needs and translating them into Joint Live, Virtual and Constructive (JLVC) requirements + Identify joint simulation solutions, coordinate across multiple organizations and stakeholders to build the JLVC solution, architecture, and information flows + Lead the M&S/JLVC Working Group during planning and manage roles of Environment Manager within the LVC Cell during event execution in support of the ECG Director + Manage the federation of computer models to support ECG scenario/vignette needs and facilitate realistic information flow across the exercise architecture + Lead test events and validate information flow and architecture during planning and execution + Maintain a flexible demeanor and willingness to support other duties as needed **Qualifications** **REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** + Bachelor’s degree and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree + Experience in building joint solutions (live – virtual – constructive) to support Joint Field Training Exercises (FTX) and other training events at the tactical and operational levels + Experience with Combatant Command (COCOM) exercises + Experience facilitating Joint M&S/LVC Working Groups to support exercises + Experience with simulation federation management + Familiarity with the Joint Training Manual and Joint Exercise Life Cycle + Experience in building Simulation Test Plans + Must be able to obtain a Passport and be willing to travel up to 25% **REQUIRED CLEARANCE:** + Must have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance + Must be a current US Citizen Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000.
