Model Services Manager

Financial Crime Compliance Advisory roles are accountable for ensuring adequate controls are in place to manage financial crime risk. They provide subject matter expertise for the purpose of setting policy, providingguidance,and advising the businesses and functions on managing financial crime risk. This ensures HSBC's compliance to both global and local laws, rules and regulations relating to financial crimes.

Directly influence the operational effectiveness of the functional/functional unitCo-ordinate and manage projects; typically working on large, moderately complex projects/assignments.Management responsibility for a team, including people, objectivesetting,andperformance.Support decisions through advice,counsel,or services in area of specialisationAccountable for delivery against prescribed targets,budgets,and resourcing and responsible for volume, quality, and timeliness of end resultsAct as initial point of escalation for team membersAdhere to and actively support established policies and procedures in ownteam.Support change initiatives and embed change initiatives within ownteam.
